Take the 7:20am Tokyo Eki JR Kosoku Bus Noriba from Tokyo Station arriving at Highway Oasis Furakusato Bus Stop
This bus departs every hour from Platform 7
The bus terminal is located at the Yaesu Central South Exit Side and can be located on Google Maps here
The bus terminal is not too far away from the McDonalds in the station
