After studying in America, Hayapi fell in love with the American style cookies and wanted to bring that warmth and happiness to the community of Mashiko. She is one of the only cafes to open early in the morning making this the perfect place to start your day!
All cookies and bread here are handmade by Hayapi using local ingredients from Tochigi Prefecture and Mashiko.
