Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking through our website.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the services ("Services") provided by Doko Discover Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") through our website [www.dokodiscover.com] ("Website"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this. In these terms & conditions, a booking or reservation is considered interchangeable.
1. Scope of Services
We provide an online platform that allows users to book access to third-party:
- Attractions (e.g. fruit picking, museums)
- Experiences and workshops (e.g. jewellery making, cultural workshops, cooking classes)
- Guided experience (e.g. walking tours, day tours)
- Restaurants
We do not directly operate or manage these services but act as an intermediary between you and the service provider.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
- Some reservations may require advance booking, prepayment or a refundable deposit subject to cancellation and no show clauses and may not allow changes or cancellations.
- Please review all service-specific details (e.g. age requirements, dress codes, start times) before booking. We will not be held responsible for denial of service in the event that service-specific details have not be adhered to and in such event, no refund will be provided.
- By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and a contract is deemed concluded when we send you a booking confirmation email.
- By making a booking, you affirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY or ¥) and include consumption tax unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- In the event where your booking is made via a request to book, your booking will only be considered as confirmed once payment has been made within the specified time frame.
- Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards.
- In the event where a deposit is required for a reservation, the deposit will be refunded following attendance of the reservation. Deposits will be processed within 48 hours, however the deposit may not be reflected in your bank account immediately as this will be subject to bank processing timeframes outside of our control.
- It is recommended that credit cards are used for restaurant reservation deposit payments.
- All payments are processed via a third party provider and we do not hold any credit card of banking details.
4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Changes and/or cancellations to bookings must be requested in writing via email to bookings@dokodiscover.com and may not be permitted depending on the provider's policy.
- Cancellation policies vary by service and will be clearly displayed during the booking process (generally below the 'Book Now' button on the relevant web page of the service).
- For avoidance of doubt, in the event where the cancellation policy is not clearly displayed, it is assumed that no cancellations or changes are permitted and no refunds will be provided.
- Any refund, if applicable, will exclude non-refundable service charges or transaction fees and an admin fee of 5% will be charged unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. No-Show and/or Late Arrivals
- You must arrive at the designated location on time. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds unless specifically allowed by the provider's policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all participants meet the service requirements (e.g. age, health conditions, physical ability & fitness levels).
- For restaurants, please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies (by specifying in the comments section when making a booking). Please note that we cannot guarantee that all providers can accommodate them and we will not be held responsible for any dietary or allergy related incidences.
- Please follow all instructions provided by the host or venue. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the activity without refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or fulfilment of services provided by third parties.
- You acknowledge that participation in certain activities may carry inherent risks, and you accept such risks voluntarily.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage resulting from accidents, un-forseen events, or service provider actions.
8. Travel Insurance
- We recommend that customers obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations, injuries, and personal liability, especially when participating in physical or outdoor activities.
- Unless specified otherwise, we do not provide any insurance cover for participation in any activities/services.
9. Intellectual Property
- All contents on our Website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Doko Discover Co., Ltd. or our licensors or third party providers. It may not be used or reproduced without express written permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal data will be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
- Information will only be shared with service providers as necessary to complete your booking.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan
- Any disputes shall be resolved by exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, unless otherwise required by Law.

本ウェブサイトを通じて予約を行う前に、本利用規約をよくお読みください。
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Doko Discover株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）がウェブサイト [www.dokodiscover.com]（以下「本サイト」）を通じて提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」）のご利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。なお、本規約において「予約」と「リザベーション」は同義とみなします。
1. サービスの範囲
当社は、以下の第三者提供サービスへの予約を可能とするオンラインプラットフォームを提供しています：
観光施設（例：フルーツ狩り、美術館など）
体験およびワークショップ（例：ジュエリー制作、文化体験、料理教室など）
ガイド付き体験（例：徒歩ツアー、日帰りツアーなど）
レストラン
当社は、これらのサービスを直接運営または管理しておらず、お客様とサービス提供者の間を仲介する役割を担っています。
2. 予約および確認
予約は空き状況に応じて承認され、確認メールを受信した時点で確定となります。
一部の予約では、事前予約・前払い・キャンセルおよび無断キャンセルに対するデポジットが必要となる場合があり、変更やキャンセルが認められないことがあります。
サービス固有の詳細（例：年齢制限、服装、開始時間）を予約前に必ずご確認ください。これらの要件が満たされずサービスの提供を受けられなかった場合でも、返金には応じかねます。
予約を行うことにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされ、当社が予約確認メールを送信した時点で契約が成立します。
予約時に提供する情報は正確であり、契約を締結する法的能力があることを保証するものとします。
3. 料金および支払い
すべての料金は日本円（JPYまたは¥）で表示され、特記がない限り消費税を含みます。
特別な記載がない限り、予約時に全額の支払いが必要です。
「リクエスト予約」の場合、指定された期限内に支払いが完了した時点で予約が確定となります。
利用可能な支払方法には、クレジットカードおよびデビットカードがあります。
レストラン予約でデポジットが必要な場合、来店確認後に返金いたします。返金手続きは通常48時間以内に処理されますが、銀行の処理時間により着金までに時間がかかる場合があります（当社の管理外）。クレジットカードによる支払いを推奨します。
すべての支払いは第三者決済プロバイダーを通じて処理され、当社ではカード情報や銀行情報を保持しません。
4. 変更・キャンセル・返金
変更やキャンセルは、bookings@dokodiscover.com 宛てにメールでご連絡ください。サービス提供者のポリシーにより変更・キャンセルができない場合があります。
各サービスのキャンセルポリシーは、予約時（通常は該当サービスページの「今すぐ予約」ボタン下部）に明示されます。
明確に表示されていない場合、キャンセルや変更は認められず、返金も行われないものとします。
返金が適用される場合でも、返金不可の手数料や取引手数料は除外され、原則として5%の管理手数料が差し引かれます（書面で別途指定がある場合を除く）。
5. 無断キャンセルおよび遅刻
指定された集合場所には、必ず時間通りにお越しください。遅刻された場合は「無断キャンセル」と見なされることがあります。
無断キャンセルに対する返金は、サービス提供者のポリシーに基づき対応されます。
6. お客様の責任
参加者全員がサービスの要件（例：年齢、健康状態、体力レベル等）を満たしていることをご確認ください。
レストラン予約の際、アレルギーや食事制限がある場合は、予約時のコメント欄に必ずご記入ください。ただし、全てのサービス提供者が対応できるとは限らず、これに起因する問題について当社は一切責任を負いません。
主催者または施設の指示に従ってください。迷惑行為があった場合、サービスからの退出を求められ、返金には応じかねます。
7. 免責事項
当社は第三者が提供するサービスの品質、安全性、履行について一切責任を負いません。
一部の体験にはリスクが伴う可能性があり、お客様は自己責任でご参加いただくものとします。
不測の事態やサービス提供者の都合により生じた怪我・損害・遅延・損失に対して、当社は責任を負いません。
8. 旅行保険
特にアウトドアや身体を使うアクティビティへの参加予定がある場合は、キャンセル、事故、賠償責任などをカバーする旅行保険の加入を強く推奨いたします。
特記がない限り、当社は保険を提供しておりません。
9. 知的財産
本サイト上のすべてのコンテンツ（ロゴ、テキスト、画像等）は、Doko Discover株式会社、またはそのライセンサー・第三者提供者の所有物です。事前の書面による許可なく、複製・使用することはできません。
10. 個人情報保護
お客様の個人情報は、当社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、日本の個人情報保護法（APPI）に準拠して収集・管理されます。
ご予約の遂行に必要な範囲でのみ、サービス提供者と情報を共有いたします。
11. 準拠法および管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
法律に別段の定めがある場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
