Meet the baker
After studying in America, Hayapi fell in love with the American style cookies and wanted to bring that warmth and happiness to the community of Mashiko
Her cafe is a transformed former petrol station and also focusses on up-cycling, so all their furniture as well as plates that are used are the results of giving new life to previous items!
